Scarves and Shawls… What NOT to Wear!
Not every piece of clothing looks good on every person. Some pieces of clothing don’t look good on ANYONE. If you realize you are in need of a fashion makeover, the best place to start is making sure you know what to never wear. Here are some looks that no woman should ever put on-EVER! You’ll also find alternatives to these fashion nightmares so you’ll never be tempted to make these fashion blunders.
Boxy Sweats:
While sweat suits are one of the most comfortable things you can wear, they are not meant to be worn in public. If you want to throw on a pair of sweats to paint the house, work in the yard, or wear around the house when no one else is home, go for it! But if anyone might see you, forget about it. There is absolutely nothing flattering about oversized, boxy cut sweat suits. They make you look frumpy, heavy, and sloppy.
Instead of throwing on those horrid sweats, pick a sweat suit alternative. There are plenty sweat suits out there with more form fitting cuts, trendy details, and higher quality materials that are just as comfy. Always opt for one of the more fashionable sweat suits with a hooded jacket and well constructed pants. Also look for ones with interesting details such as a patterned lined hood or a cool zipper pull. These details help to dress up the sweat suit and make it more like an actual outfit than frumpy pajamas. If you need to be comfortable but still a little dressier than a sweat suit of any kind, opt for a knit dress instead. A simple dress can be paired with tights, boots, and a scarf in the winter, orstrappy shoes and a head wrap in the summer for a casual, easy, comfortable look that is still very stylish.
Spandex:
The only time spandex is acceptable on the human body is if you are a professional swimmer or cyclist at an event-and then it is for function and not looks. Even if you are exercising, don’t reach for the spandex. Even people with great bodies just look outdated and ridiculous in spandex. There is just absolutely no excuse for wearing any piece of spandex as part of an actual outfit you intend to wear out. You may love the eighties groupie look, but you should love it only as a memory.
If you want an alternative to spandex for exercising, there are amazing looks available. Do an Internet search for workout clothing and browse to find a style that fits your personality and body type but doesn’t look like you need to send it back a couple decades to be fashionable. For an alternative to spandex for those of you who just want to look like a vixen, go for tasteful leather or denim instead. There actually is a classy way to look like a rock star-and it never includes spandex.
Underwear as Outwear:
I don’t care what trends go down International runways or appear on concert stages, underwear on the outside is just trashy. Underwear gets it’s name for a reason-it should be FULLY concealed under other clothes. All those girls who think it is hot to have their thong peeking out the top of their pants are sadly mistaken. If your bra strap shows, it should be a total accident and not a purposeful look. It does happen to the best dressed from time to time, so make sure your bra does match your outfit just in case.
Instead of trying to look sexy by wearing your underwear on the outside, choose outwear that is inspired by lingerie but isn’t actually lingerie.
Silky camisoles under a blazer can be very feminine but still leave a little to the imagination. Decorate the top of your pants with belts and scarves to accentuate your middle instead of wearing pants with an ultra low rise that force your panties to peek out. Good fashion sense always shows good taste.

Yes, that is correct with your conclusion. I am going to do some research and post it here for clarity. Stay tuned and I’ll be back with the info. I made sure to bookmark the site so I’ll be able to find my way back. LOL Also, if any of you women need
